VEI Sites pages are websites for homes for sale, made by Vivid Estate Imaging (VEI) for the listing agent. By using one, you agree to these simple rules.

For information only

Each page describes a home so you can learn about it. Nothing on it is an offer to sell, a contract, or a promise. The price, status, and open house times can change at any time.

Check the facts with the agent

The details come from the listing agent and the listing, and we believe them to be reliable, but we can't guarantee them. Before you rely on anything that matters to you, like square footage, lot size, schools, taxes, or fees, check it with the listing agent or your own agent.

We're not a real estate broker

VEI builds and runs these pages. We aren't a real estate broker or agent, and we don't answer questions about a home's price or terms. When you send a showing request, it goes to the listing agent, who will reply to you.

Please don't

• Copy or reuse the photos, videos, floor plans, or words for anything else without the owner's permission. They belong to the photographer, the agent, or VEI.
• Use a bot, scraper, or other automated tool to copy listing details or photos from VEI Sites pages. Search engines that follow our robots.txt file are welcome.
• Try to break into, overload, or get around how the pages or their forms work.
• Send a form with someone else's name or contact details, or with anything unlawful or abusive.

Other services on the page

Some parts of a page come from other services, like 3D tours, videos, and the map. Those services have their own terms. Our privacy page lists them and says what each one does.

Copyright or photo concerns

If you think a photo, video, or anything else on a VEI Sites page is yours and is being used without your permission, or it shows something it shouldn't, email vividestateimaging@gmail.com. Tell us the page's address, which photo or part of the page, and why. We'll take the page or the photo down within 1 business day while we look into it, and we'll write back to tell you what we find.

Privacy and accessibility

Our privacy page explains what visits to these pages collect and what we do with it. Our accessibility page explains how we work to make them usable by everyone.

No guarantees

We work to keep every page accurate and online, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of mistakes.
